Today the AUBMC is the proud owner of a new Piezolith 3000 Plus ESWL system with the newest X-ray localization system and double remote-control stations. The system is fully integrated into the HIS and Dicom network. We are proud to have the flagship of the German technology being operated by the distinguished team of the American University of Beirut. It will also be a tool of education for residents in urology who will be exposed to the latest technological advancements and will be the subject of clinical research within this highly respected and reputable institution.
