Today we demonstrated at Mount Lebanon Hospital our Secufix illuminated and vacuum operated uterus manipulator. It was found very helpful by the surgeon since it ensures an optimal seal of the vagina, a stable peritoneum, it helps define the cutting edge for the colpotomy and it maintains excellent attachment to the uterus through vacuum without any risk of dispersion of cancerous cells.
